Group Reservations at Skyways
Introduction
Certain procedures apply when booking groups on Skyways flights.
Definition
A group consists of not less than 10 people travelling together throughout the journey or part of the journey.
Class of reservation
G - Class
Booking request
A booking made in a GDS[SJ1] (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.) shall be considered as permanent after fourteen (14) working days from the date Skyways confirm the request if there are more than 61 days to departure or if there are fewer than 60 days to departure within five (5) working days after Skyways has confirmed the request. If the booking is not cancelled before this time our cancellation rules shall apply. Bookings made through Skyways Group Booking will automatically be cancelled after five (5) or fourteen (14) days after the booking is made if not reconfirmed.
Fares
Individual net group offers are given based on the status of a flight prognosis and demand in the market. Any change in group size may result in a new fare.
Child / youth / student / senior: No discount
Queue
The PNR should not be queued to Skyways, as queuing will be done automatically.
Deadline for advising individual names
Domestic: 28 days
International: 28 days
Sports group: 14 days
Name change allowed
Names may be changed free of charge before ticketing
Name change after ticketing shall be subject to a fee of SEK 380. Names may not be changed after the journey has started
Note; a name may only be changed via Skyways Group Reservations at groups@skyways.se or 08-595 130 90.
Cancellation
The cancellation fee will be debited later in the form of an agent debit memo (ADM) or invoice.
Cancellations made from the date of confirmation to 31 days before departure shall incur a fee of 0% of the net fare
Cancellations made 30-21 days before departure: 30 % of net fare per segment and passenger
Cancellations made 20-11 days before departure: 50 % of net fare per segment and passenger
Cancellations made 10 days or less before departure: 100 % of net fare per segment and passenger
Tickets are non refundable after issuing

Ticketing deadline: tickets shall be issued 10 days before departures at the latest.
E-ticket: Only Amadeus and issuing countries Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

AP Advance purchase
Reservations are required for all sectors. Ticketing may be made seven (7) days before departure at the latest.
PE Penalties
Changes: Change of flights/dates are permitted before ticketing and a new net request is needed. Name change permitted free of charge until 24 hours before departure as long as a new ticket can be issued.
Refund
Full refunds available until 7days before departure. If there are fewer than seven (7) days before departure than a refund is permitted only on the provision of proof of cancellations of sports arrangements.
