Group reservations on Skyways and City Airline flights

Please observe! Below applies for CF from Jan 1st-2010, but for JZ for new reservations as of Nov 30th-2011. 

Group PNR Definition

A group consists of not less than 10 full paying passengers travelling together throughout the journey. The group fare is based on the number of passengers originally confirmed, therefore the fare may change if parts of the group is cancelled.

Please contact CF/JZ if you will cancel more than 20%. This applies both before and after deposit is paid.

Deviations are not allowed on City Airline or Skyways groups. Child/Youth/Student/Senior: No discount.

How to book

Booking class: G
Group PNR must include:

Make a booking in your GDS (Amadeus, Sabre etc) and we will respond with fare in the PNR, the offered fare is always valid per PNR.

Please note that offered fare is valid 10 days subject to availability!

Important! If fare is accepted by pax and you want seats confirmed: Insert SR OTHS YY-PLS CFM SEATS and queue to JZ/CF (OPGOTCF0100/87

Fuel surcharge

For fees see GGAIR CF and ticketing section (MS274).

Deposit

Issue MCO with 20 % deposit (of net-fare) within 21 days after seats are confirmed or 21 days before ticketing deadline, whichever comes first. Valid for all group-sizes!

Important! Insert in PNR: OS CF MCO 419-(or752-)… Deposit group, … Pax (Number of passengers), Sek (value of MCO), DDMMYY (Date of MCO issue), IATA NBR… all PNRs included in this MCO.

The deposit is not refundable if seats are cancelled.

To be able to receive authorization for refund of MCO after ticketed with agreed fare, agent has to send OP to GOTCF0100/87. Stating all PNRs included in MCO. I.E. SR OTHS-DEPOSIT MCO 419-(OR752-)… Sek:… Valid for PNRs:… Total pax:…

When this OP+SR-line is sent to GOTCF, we will authorize amount that will be refundable. Earliest 2 days after such message or 2 days after ticketing deadline.

Increasing numbers of passengers

Another group PNR must be created via input RRA (to create an AXR-link). Please also insert SR-element stating “Increasing group from PNR…”

Groups carrying special equipment, such as sporting equipment, musical instruments etc, must request this as soon as possible in the reservation, such equipment is not included in the free baggage allowance. For more information and charges please see www.skyways.se

Please make sure that all passengers names are spelled as in the passport!

Name and ticketing: 30 days before departure

Except for large groups (35 passengers or more): Name and ticketing: 45 days before departure

Please observe: JZ FLT-numbers has to be issued on JZ-documents (752) 
                          CF FLT-numbers has to be issued on CF-documents (419)

Special ticketing-rules apply for sportsgroups. Please contact our group-department.

Cancellation rules

Cancellation fee: 30 to 0 days before departure 100%

Except for large groups:
35 passengers or more: 45-31 days before departure 50% 
                                   30-0 days before departure 100%

Namechange

Namechange can be made free of charge before ticketing. Applies to the whole ticket. Always contact JZ/CF for namechange.

Namechange after ticket issue, has to be done mon-fri latest 24 hours before departure, charge SEK300 as Q-surcharge. Namechange can not be made on weekends or holidays.
