If the travel includes a destination or a transfer/stop in another country than the departure country, the Warsaw Convention rules regarding responsibility for all airlines included in your travel, may apply. For damage that exceed more than 100.000 SDR (Special Drawing Rights), Skyways or other EU-airline can be held non responsible if it can be proved that the airline and its representatives have taken all the necessary measurements to prevent the damage or that it was impossible for the airline and its representatives to do so. In case of a passenger’s death or bodily injury Skyways or other EU-airlines will immediately pay an advance to persons that are entitled to compensation, if it exists and immediate financial need that has to be considered.
